table cawiki-20240701-pagelinks.sql is broken

I wasted too much time on this, only to realize the dump was absolutely broken. Probably other dumps of the same date are broken too. I'm just surprised this wasn't detected automatically, as the ids from page.sql don't match with the ones from this dump. Also, it's missing TWO ENTIRE COLUMNS (namespace and title) for some reason. I don't even know what to say.
