I have no idea,please help!!

I can no longer upload images on the wiki I am using,at 1 month ago.
There was no problem until just before.
I cannot upload images suddenly. The wiki settings have not changed.
Even if the directory permissions are set to 777, it cannot be resolved.
Changing the owner of the directory to ROOT or APACHE has no effect.
The error displayed is:
「The lock file for "mwstore: //local-backend/local-public/2/29/873281.png" could not be opened. Make sure the upload directory is set up correctly and that your web server has write permission. See https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:MyLanguage/Manual:$wgUploadDirectory for details.」
Specifying the upload destination did not resolve the issue.
You cannot upload even if the extension is used.
